Maryellen Jordan has been a Certified Personal Fitness
Trainer since 1994. She is the owner of Positively Fit
a functional fitness training studio in Maumee, Ohio, a
suburb of Toledo, Ohio. She specializes in Post
-Rehabilitation Training, Injury recovery, and Sports
specific training. She trains athletes both competitive and
recreational. She specializes in nutrition for athletes,
and weight management.

She has been published and featured in several local
newspapers, along with several local television stations.
She has produced and sells a Stability Ball video. She
also instructs Stability Workshops for Personal Trainers
in Northwest Ohio. She is the Director /Fitness Specialist
at a Smuckers Food Plant. Maryellen is a sought after
fitness/nutrition speaker for Corporations and also
instructs strength training classes at several corporation
fitness centers throughout Toledo, Ohio. She has been the
instructor for health and fitness community classes for
St. Luke’s Hospital in Maumee, Ohio.
She is a contributing author in the Nutrition Chapter of THE POWER OF CHAMPIONS, which is a compilation of writings by 54 other Elite Trainers.
A premier member of AAPT (American Association Of Personal Trainers) which is an trade association which consist of respected and credible fitness professionals who uphold the highest standards of professionalism.
Maryellen has been honored by being recognized by the American Association of Personal Trainers as one of the country's top 50 trainers.

| Angie Mourton, M.Ed |

Angie Mourton currently works as a fitness trainer at Positively Fit in Maumee, Ohio. She also works in corporate fitness at Smucker’s Corporation as a fitness consultant. Angie has 9 years experience as a personal trainer and 15 years as an aerobic instructor in Toledo, Ohio. She uses functional training techniques to a wide population, including: athletes, seniors, children, pregnant women, special populations (multiple sclerosis and stroke patients), and small group training (4-10 people). In addition to her training techniques, she provides nutritional information to clients.

Angie received her Bachelor and Masters Degree in Recreation Programming and Management from Bowling Green State University. She pursued doctoral courses in Higher Education Administration at the University of Toledo.
Angie has presented numerous choreography workshops to aerobic instructors in Northwest Ohio, as well as, stability ball workshops to personal trainers and instructors. At the University of Toledo, she supervised and trained future fitness professionals and aerobic instructors as the wellness graduate assistant at the Student Recreation Center.
From 1997 - 2001, Angie competed in the National Sport aerobics championship in the women’s individual division. In 2001, she finished 5th at the National competition in Miami Beach, Florida.
Angie's energetic attitude and commitment to lifelong fitness have made her a sought after trainer in the Toledo area. Angie has a Health/Fitness Instructor Certification through the American College of Sports Medicine.
