Consultation/Assessment
The consultation is the first meeting between a new client and the trainer. The second session is a follow-up to the first appointment.
The first sessions consists of the following areas:
- Registration
- Goal Setting
- Fitness Assessment
- A full body assessment is necessary prior to beginning a workout program. Each individual has specific and unique abilities and limitations that must be factored in to design the ideal and most effective workout plan.
- General discussion of exercise and expectations
Assessment consist of:
- Body Composition
- Blood Pressure
- Flexibility
- Balance
- Muscle Strength
- Muscular Endurance
- Aerobic capacity
- Movement Assessment
The second session consists of the following areas:
- Nutritional guidelines
- Review of fitness assessment
- Personal stretching review
- Question and answer session
Personal Training Policies
- All sessions require a 24 hour cancellation notice. If a 24 hour notice is not given, a fee will be charged
- All personal training appointments are scheduled according the client and trainer’s schedule.
- A retainer fee (one session) is required for all personal training sessions

We can come to your place of work, or other onsite location.
We are currently offering classes at TNS Global in Northwood (3 years), and recently Eaton Aeroquip in Maumee.

This is a already established group class schedule with 6 or more people at our studio.

- Group class fees are paid monthly at the beginning of each month
- There are no refunds or credits for missed
(i.e. - illness, work, weather) and/or skipped classes
- Any missed classes can be made up during that month at any of the group sessions that are offered at the studio
*** All clients who would like to participate in the large
group training program are required to complete a fitness
assessment and a minimum of 2 individual personal training
sessions prior to attending a group training session. If more
individual training is needed prior to attending group classes,
it is the trainer’s professional discretion when someone can
join a class.
